Our products are primarily sold to Teachers and Educational Assistants who work with children known to bite, pinch, scratch or hit. We also sell to health authorities who interact with children and adults with learning/behaviour challenges.

Yes, we accept PO’s from government agencies only, which include schools, school districts, hospitals, care facilities etc. Terms are 30 days. Please add £10 for shipping. Please send all signed PO’s to sales@biteresistant.couk.

Yes. Please wash on low with mild detergent only. Lay flat to dry. DO NOT tumble dry. For the Protective Vest remove the internal panel from the outer carrier. The carrier can then be washed and dried as above. The panels can we wiped down with a damp soapy cloth.

No! These products comprise of materials that are cut, slash, tear, abrasion and bite resistant. A point of a blade etc. will penetrate the material. When you purchase these products you agree to indemnify us against any injuries caused.

If at any time, within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the fit, style, quality or design of the product(s), return the item(s) to us in the condition in which it was shipped to you, with the original packaging and any labels still fixed to the item, and we will refund you the purchase price (minus shipping) or exchange the item.

£5 for the first time in your cart and £2 for each item thereafter. We ship via Royal Mail only. We usually ship within 24 hours from date/time of purchase. Once shipped you will be sent order completion and tracking information via email.
